Early in his career, Damon was recognised among the Top 5 by Shiseido, an affirmation of discipline, technical control, and respect for hair structure. That experience shaped a clear belief: results should never come at the expense of hair health.
In 2017, Le Classic Hair Studio was founded with a deliberate intention: to prioritise condition before appearance, and judgment before trends.
As the team expanded, consistency became essential. In 2021, Le Classic Academy was established to ensure that technique, chemical knowledge, and hair care are always taught together, never in isolation.
Today, Damon has guided and trained hundreds of hairstylists, many of whom continue to grow within the Le Classic group and its specialised brands.
To remain current without chasing trends, Damon continues regular overseas training, bringing back refined methods that are evaluated carefully and applied with restraint.
Le Classic was never built to be the loudest name in the industry. It was built to be a trusted one.
