I came in yesterday for Balayage, it was my first time ever dyeing my hair. I completely trusted Kelvin to work his magic and I absolutely do not regret it! His work is amazing - completely transformed my hair. Very friendly staff at the Empire Subang branch. Cant wait to come back for my hair treatment!

Both Hairstylist, Arthur and Winnie, they know what they are doing and overall are super kind yet awesome people. First time coming here to the Setia City Mall Branch and I would honestly recommend others to come here. 5 star and higher rating I would give because it's that good and the price is worth it. Decided to try balayage in my most trusted salon here in Malaysia! Amazing color, highlights and professional service from Terry and Eric!!! Upon entering the salon, they also provided some covid essentials kit such as mask, wipes, etc. 👍🏻They also give some complimentary drinks and they are very hospitable and you can see that they do help out each other as well and they got an amazing team. I’ve decided to renew my membership as well to try more of their services such as air wave perm and other treatments at a discounted rate. 😍 Definitely excited and looking forward to my next visit!

Thanks Max and Boey for their professional service today, they always know what I want and never failed to amaze me. Im a happy returning customer. I've tried their services including haircut, perm and colour - high quality and value as it can last for a year 😂 The saloon also provides great packages which can help the customers to save money. Their front desk staff Emily is very considerate and friendly too. Overall experience is excellent and i highly recommend for you to try.

Very comfortable, pleasant and clean environment. Love how they take their SOPs seriously from the reception to the seat and throughout the whole process. Got my consultation and hair treatment done by Professional stylist Ms Lynn Lee and Benny. Both of them were very gentle, friendly and professional. She patiently listened to my concerns, gave great advise on how I should go about my hairstyle and was not pushy. It was my first time doing the Bodily Straight Treatment and it was a great experience. Loved the outcome, exactly how I wanted my hair to look like. Highly suggest looking for Ms Lynn and Benny if you go there!

One of the best service hair studio I have ever visited. Friendly staff and warm welcome with complementary drinks and bites. I was really satisfied with the bodily straight treatment as my hair looked natural and not too flat as a result from other straightening service such as rebonding treatment. My hairstylist is professional in suggesting the haircut that suits my face structure and the assistants were efficient and worked well together to shorten the entire treatment process. They are thoughtful to ensure that your needs are met and I am comfortable throughout my time there. They have great SOP as well during this pandemic period. A great place to pamper your hair, definitely will visit again and recommend to friends and family.
